摘要
对现有轧制力计算方法进行比较分析,确定了斯通方法作为六辊可逆冷轧机轧制力计算的理论基础,建立了理论计算模型,研究了轧制速度、工作辊辊径、前后张力、加工硬化对轧制力计算的影响,表明计算结果误差最高为5.77%,为钢厂的轧制力提供预测。
Present rolling force calculation methods have been compared and analyzed,it determined that Stone Method was theoretical basis of six-roll reversing cold rolling mill rolling force calculation and established theoretical calculation model,furthermore effects of rolling speed,working roll diameter,forward tension and backward tension as well as work hardening on rolling force calculation have been researched,which concluded that calculated result error reached to 5.77%at most to provide rolling force predication for steel plants.
