摘要
本项研究在于了解熄风开窍、通腑化痰、清热熄风通络、活血化瘀等不同治则方药对急性实验性脑出血大鼠血浆一氧化氮（ＮＯ）、内皮素（ＥＴ）水平的影响。通过采用胶原酶合肝素诱发大鼠急性脑出血方法造模成功后，分组灌服熄风开窍合剂、通腑合剂、羚蝎胶囊、脑血康口服液治疗３天，检测大鼠血浆ＮＯ、ＥＴ含量。结果表明：羚蝎胶囊、脑血康口服液组血浆ＥＴ水平均较模型对照组低（ｐ＜００５），脑血康组血浆ＮＯ水平较模型组高（ｐ＜００１），脑血康组与羚蝎胶囊组比，血浆ＮＯ、ＥＴ的差别均不显著（ｐ＞００５）。提示以清热熄风通络和活血化瘀治则为主立方的方药具有调整脑出血大鼠血浆ＮＯ、ＥＴ水平的作用。
This study is supposed to investigate the influence of different treating principles and herbal formulas for extinguishing wind and opening the aperture,dredging fu organs and dispersing phlegm,clearing away heat,extinguishing wind and dredging the meridians and for activating blood and dispersing phlegm on the level of plasma nitrous oxide (NO) and endotheliolysin (ET) in the rats of acute experimental cerebral hemorrhage.After the rat models with acute cerebral hemorrhage were created by collagenase with heparin,various groups of the rat models were respectively fed with Wind-Extinguishing and Aperture-Opening Decoction, Fu Organ-Dredging Decoction,Antelope Horn and Scorpion capsules,and Brain Blood-Rehabilitating Oral Liquid for three days for determination of the content of plasma NO and ET in the rats.The results showed that the level of plasma ET was lower on average in the group of Antelope Horn and Scorpion capsules and Brain Blood-Rehabilitating Oral Liquid than in the control group (P<0.05),and that the level of plasma NO was higher in the group of Brain Blood-Rehabilitating Oral Liquid than in the control group (P<0 01).But,in comparison with the group of Antelope Horn and Scorpion capsules,there was no significant difference in plasma NO and ET in the group of Brain Blood-Rehabilitating Oral Liquid (P>0.05).The results indicated that the herbal formulas guided by the treating principles of clearing away heat,extinguishing wind and dredging the meridians and of activating blood and dispersing phlegm have the function to regulate the level of plasma NO and ET in the rats of cerebral hemorrhage.
