摘要
本文通过对经济活动的实际观察与理论分析,指出公司吸引女性人才可以增加组织凝聚力、降低群体职离率、提高公司的整体利益.通过建立博弈论模型,分析男性与女性两大群体人数变动对公司效用的影响,指出公司只有使两性员工保持适当比例,才能使公司整体效用最大化.
Accorbing to practical observation and theoretical analysys, the paper points out that by absorbing female talents,a corporation can strengthen its cohesion,cut down the leaving rate of a cohort,and enhance its whole benefit. A game model is set up to analyze the influence of demographic changes of male and female cohorts on the corporation's utility. The conclusion is that a corporation can maximize its whole utility when gender composition is suitable.
