摘要
本文首先概述了企业层面以及区域层面技术创新能力的研究现状,在此基础上,提出了评价区域技术创新能力的原则,构建了可操作性强的线性模型来评价区域技术创新能力。然后就该模型进行了实际应用,对我国大陆各省、直辖市、自治区的技术创新能力指数进行了排序比较。并按东中西部地区对技术创新能力进行分析,从中得出一些有益的结论。可以为制定地区经济发展政策提供科学的依据。
This paper first reviews the current studies on the technological innovation capability respectively from the perspectives of enterprise and region and then puts forward the principle of evaluating the regional technological innovation capability, for which a highly operable linear model is established. Based on this model, this paper compares the technological innovation capability index of each province, municipality, autonomous region of the mainland. Through the comparison of east, central and west regions, some helpful conclusions are drawn, which can be consulted as a scientific basis for the formulating of regional economic development policies.
