摘要
借助通用的CFD数值计算软件FLUENT,对国华定州电厂600MW机组烟气脱硫系统除雾器前烟道流场进行模拟。数值分析结果表明,由于脱硫系统除雾器前烟道内导流板布置位置不合理等因素的影响,导致该区域流场分布不均匀。对除雾器前烟道内的导流板布置位置进行了数值计算,给出优化改造方案。运行情况表明,改造后除雾器的除雾效率有了较大的提高。
By using the universal CFD software FLUENT,the flow field in flue duct before the mist-eliminator in FGD system of 600 MW unit in Guohua Dingzhou Power Plant has been simulated.Result of numerical analysis shows that the flow field distribution in this region is uneven due to unreasionalbe arrangement of baffle plates in flue duct before mist-eliminator of the FGD system.The position of baffle plates' arrangement in flue duct before the mist-eliminator has been numerically calculated,and an optimal retrofit scheme being obtained.The operation situation after retrofitting shows that the mist-eliminating efficiency of the mist-eliminator has been greatly enhanced.
