摘要
高职院校国家级教学团队建设项目自2007年教育部正式启动以来一直受到全国各高职高专院校的高度关注,已经成为高职教育领域的一个重要课题。文章以创建植物药生产技术国家级教学团队为例,从积淀是基础、带头人是关键、成员是主体、政策是保障、创新求发展和科研促创新六个角度,就如何建设国家级教学团队进行了较为深入的探讨。
The National Level Teaching Team Program in higher vocational colleges has been concerned by the national vocational colleges since the Ministry of Education launched it in 2007,and it has become one of the important topics in the field of higher vocational education.This paper takes building the national level teaching team of Herbal Medicine Production Technology as an example,and explores how to build the national level teaching team from such six perspectives as the accumulation as the base,the leader as the key,the members as the subject,the policy as the guarantee,the innovation for development and the research for innovation.
