摘要
以苋菜为原料,采用超滤-树脂联用技术分离提取苋菜红色素,研究微滤预处理、操作压差和膜面流速对超滤膜通量的影响,确定微滤预处理后超滤的最佳提取工艺:操作压差0.10MPa,膜面流速1500L/h。超滤液经HPD-100A树脂吸附后用70%乙醇洗脱、蒸发、干燥可得到纯度较高的苋菜红色素产品。
A red pigment was extracted from Amaranthas Paniculatus by ultrafiltrion-resin association technology.And ultrafiltrion-resin extracting process was studied.The result indicated that transmembrane pressure 0.10 MPa,and cross-flow velocity 1 500 L/h,the red pigment was separated effectively.The red pigment was absorbed when the filtrate courses through the HPD-100A resin,and it was desorbed by 70 % alcohol.The high quality red pigment was obtained.
