摘要
当陶瓷超滤膜澄清食醋时,先采用经济简便的石英砂过滤方法预处理食醋。滤后的食醋不仅感观、理化和卫生指标均符合国家标准,放置18个月以上无返浑现象,且相比只经陶瓷膜过滤时的膜通量衰减变缓,平均膜通量增加,膜管使用寿命增加0.5年左右,陶瓷膜澄清食醋的成本减少了约3.71元/t。实验证明了陶瓷膜过滤食醋时前置石英砂预处理工序具有重要的经济价值,同时确定出石英砂过滤和反冲洗的最佳工艺条件。
