摘要
近年来强化传热技术在国内裂解炉上得到了广泛的推广与应用,它是通过安装在辐射段炉管不同部位的强化传热构件来改善物料流动状态,起到增强传热的效果。介绍了扬子石油化工有限公司在裂解炉上应用这一技术的具体情况。应用结果表明,该技术不仅可以提高炉管的传热效率,而且能够延长裂解炉运行周期和炉管使用寿命。
In recent years,enhanced heat transfer technology has been widely promoted and applied in domestic ethylene cracking furnaces.This technology improves material flow by installing enhanced heat transfer elements in different positions of radiation tubes,so as to enhance the heat transfer effect.This paper introduces the specific application of this technology in the ethylene cracking furnaces at SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Company.The application results show that this technology can not only improve the heat transfer efficiency of tubes,but also prolong the operation cycle of furnaces and the service life of tubes.
