摘要
讨论了惰气蒸馏中应用外循环式惰气蒸馏再沸器增强传热的原理,建立了再沸器内气─液两相流动与传热的数学模型,给出了确定液体循环速度与传热膜分数的计算方法。以空气─水为物系进行了模拟计算,并对结果进行了讨论。
he mechanism of heat transfer enhancement is discussesd by means of an inert gas distillation re-boiler with external loop.A mathematical model is proposed based on the two-phase flow and heattransfer in the reboiler. The calculation method of determining the liquid circulation rate and the heattransfer coefficient is presented. The process simulation is made with air and water as fluids.The re-sults are discussed.
