摘要
采用计算流体动力学(computationalfluiddynamics,CFD)的方法,计算了含静态混合元件炉管内的流场.数值模拟结果表明,采用静态混合元件的乙烯炉管中流体的混合被强化,从而强化了传热.根据其数值模拟的速度场,提出了一种基于速度分析的CFD结果评价方法,定性和近似定量地演绎了工程测试的数据,使计算模型和数值模拟结果在实验中得到了验证.该方法可望在同类流体的研究中推广应用.
Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is employed to simulate the flow field in tubes of ethylene cracking furnace with static mixer units.Results suggest that mixing of fluid in such tubes is strengthened by the static mixer units.Thus the heat transfer is enhanced.According to the numerically simulated flow field,a method for assessing the CFD results is present by using the velocity analysis,which can be a clue to demonstrate the qualitatively and quasi-quantitatively tested data of engineering cases.Experimental results are discussed as a comparison.The computational model and results of numeric simulation are proved to be valid by the experiment.Method presented will find further usage in other systems with fluids in the tubes.
