摘要
目的:建立骨刺宁胶囊中三七皂苷类成分人参皂苷Rg1、三七皂苷R1的含量测定方法。方法:采用C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸(19.5∶80.5)为流动相,采用HPLC测定人参皂苷Rg1、三七皂苷R1的含量,检测波长203 nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、三七皂苷R1的线性范围分别为3.192～30.4μg和1.1～10.48μg;平均回收率分别为94.4%和97.64%,RSD分别为0.61%和2.30%(n=5)。结论:所用方法测定样品灵敏度高,重复性好,能有效地控制骨刺宁胶囊的质量。
Objective：Notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in Gucining capsule were determined by HPLC.Method： ODS C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid（19.5 ∶ 80.5） as mobile phase.Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.Result：The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 was 3.192 ～ 30.4 μg,1.1 ～ 10.48 μg respectively.The average recovery was 94.4%,97.64%,and RSD was 0.61%,2.30%（n = 5）.Conclusion：The method can be used for the drug control.
