摘要
研究了用高效液相色谱法测定兽用新制剂“速免痢Ｃ”注射液一次单剂量用药后动物血浆中氯霉素（ＣＲＰＣ），苄哌苯哌酮（ＢＺＴＤ）浓度的方法。血药由甲醇提取，采用ＯＤＳ柱，流动相为甲醇１％醋酸（５０∶５０），检测器Ｕｖ２５４ｎｍ。该方法适用于ＣＲＰＣ、ＢＺＴＤ血药浓度的联合测定。
In the essay,the simultaneous determination of two components of semelin C injection,chloramphenicol(CRPC),Benzetimid(BZTD),in animal plasma by HPLC was studied and methanol was used as extracting agent for blood Chromatographic conditons were ODS column with methanol 1% acidum acetieum(50∶50)as mobile phase,and Uvdetection at 254nm With the method established in this essay,the work could be done for the detection of CRPC、BZTD concentration in blood and pharmacokinetic studies
