摘要
在熔融石英毛细管(50 μm i.d×50 cm)中,以6 mmol/L H3BO3+2 mmol/L硼砂+体积分数 0.02% TEPA(四乙烯五胺)为电泳运行介质,分离电压-15.0 kV,采用毛细管电泳-电导检测法在4 min内实现了氯霉素的分离检测.讨论了电渗流抑制剂的浓度、缓冲体系的组成和浓度等因素对检测结果的影响.线性检测范围为1~120 mg/L,检出限为0.3 mg/L.对市售氯霉素滴眼液和注射液中的氯霉素进行分析,加标回收率为93.8%~106.8%.
A rapid method for the separation and determination of chloramphenicol by capillary electrophoresis with conductivity detection was established. The effects of concentration of EOF inhibitor, type and concentration of buffer solution, and injecting method were investigated. The linear range of chloramphenicol is 1 - 120 mg/L, and the LD is 0.3 mg/L under the optimum conditions 6 mmol/L H3BO3 + 2 mmol/L Na2B407 + 0.02% TEPA as running buffer, - 15.0 kV operation voltage and -9.0 kV injection voltage. The average recovery of the commercial sample of eye-drops and injection was 93.8% - 106.8%. The proposed method is rapid and convenient, and would be better for the routine analysis.
