摘要
对DKC12地下自卸汽车的动力传动系统通过计算机进行了各工况的匹配计算。根据F6L413FW柴油机万有特性曲线、外特性曲线和C273.1液力变矩器的原始特性曲线。通过曲线拟合和回归程序,计算了二者共同工作的输出特性,并进行了各挡牵引特性和爬坡能力计算,得到了DKC12地下力卸汽车各挡最大牵引力和最大爬破能力数据。为该车动力传动系统元件选型和总体设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
The paper makes the matching calculation by computer for the power driving system of DKC I2 underground dump truck under each condition. The output properties of the curve fitting and reture process under the common work condition are calculated based on F6L4I3FW disel machine universal characteristic curve, external characteristic curve and C273. I Bydaulic convertor's oringinal chacteristic curve, and the dragging property at various baffle and the climbing ability are calculated also, obtaining the max. dragging force and max. climbing ability at various baffle of DKCI2 underground dump truck, and providing reliable theoretical basis for selecting elements and overall edsigning of the power driving system in the truck.
