摘要
设计和分析计算了DKC12型地下自卸汽车的制动系统。通过计算该车制动时的最大减速度、最大制动力矩和制动时的桥荷分配,分析了其制动性能。假设蓄能器内气体处于绝热状态,用计算机计算和优化了整个充压-制动过程,得到了蓄能器充满油后的制动次数、压力和充油量,预估和优化了制动系统各元件参数。理论分析表明,DKC12型地下自卸汽车制动系统满足整车制动性能要求。
The design of the braking system for the DKC12 Underground Dump Car is analyzed in this paper.The braking performance is analyzed based on the calculation of the maximum deceleration,the maximum braking moment and distribution of load on axle when the car is braked.Assuming that the gas in accumulator is in adiabatic condition,the whole pressure increasingbraking procedure is computerized and optimized,then the number of braking,pressure and oil volume are available.Furthermore,the parameters of braking elements are estimated and optimized.The theoretical analysis has shown that the braking system meets the requirements of braking performance of the car.
