摘要
根据大学生创新活动的"兴趣驱动、自主实践、重在过程"实施原则,结合CDIO工程教育理念,提出了IIR-CDIO大学生创新活动管理模式。认为大学生创新活动应以项目的执行过程为导向,以培养学生的个人能力、团队能力、系统能力以及职业素质为主要目标,以科学的课程安排促进能力培养,以不同类别的学习成果配备不同考核方法的人才培养模式,鼓励学生探索性学习。同时强调学习与做人做事相结合,在做人做事的过程中学习,在培养过程中注重人文精神的熏陶,使培养的学生诚实守信,具有创新能力和责任心。
In accordance with the principle of "interest-driven, independent practice, and focusing on the process", this paper put forward such a conception of CDIO engineering education as IIR-CDIO , in which the undergraduates' innovation experiment should focus on taking the process of implementing project as its direction,to nurture students' personal competence, team spirit, system adaptability, as well as occupation quality. In the process, students' abilities can be enhanced by scientific courses arrangement and introducing different examination to check different learning outcomes to encourage students to do exploration and research . The paper emphasizes that learning should be put up in the process of doing personhood and work ,and be combined with them. In the development of the process, students will be more honest ,more trustworthy, more innovative and more responsible by the influence of humanistic spirit.
