摘要
从分析大学生创新性实验计划特点入手,构建了大学生创新性实验计划质量过程管理体系,并结合华中农业大学开展大学生科技创新实际,探讨大学生创新性实验计划管理方法和途径。
With analyzing the characteristic of the national innovative experimental program, this paper focused on how to set up and improve the quality control system to strictly the process manage of carrying out the innovative experimental program for undergraduates. With an example of the scientific and technological activities at Huazhong Agricultural University, the paper also explored the measures and approach on how to implement the innovative experimental program for undergraduates.
