摘要
重视农产品质量和充分发挥标准化的作用,全面形成和提升农产品综合竞争力,是农业和农村经济结构战略性调整的重要内容。提出了在实施提升山西省农产品竞争力的科技工程的基础上建立健全农产品质量安全保障体系,并在优势农业产业的发展中实施"四大安全工程"。
To pay enough attention to the importance of agricultural product quality, to play fully the role of standardization and to enhance comprehensive the farm-product competitiveness is main task to restructure agriculture and rural economics. Besides, suggestion was made to establish a sound farm product quality and security safeguard system on the basis of farm product quality improving sci-tech projects, and to put into practice the Four Major Safety Programs in the development of dominant agricultural industries.
