摘要
畜产品质量安全涉及许多方面,文章着重从畜禽的养殖方式、饲料原料的选择与运用、畜禽疫病的发生与防治、畜禽环境控制等多个环节,对养殖过程中影响畜产品安全生产的主要问题进行了归纳分析,并针对主要问题提出了控制对策。
Animal product quality and safety involves many aspects. Focusing on breeding of livest^k and poultry, selection and use of feed ingredients, infection and management of animal diseases, control of livestock and poultry environmental, and other aspects affecting the safety of in the breeding process of animal production. The main problem inductive analysis was done in this paper. Besides, corresponding control measures was put forward.
