摘要
实施小杂粮产业化开发工程是将山西资源优势变经济优势的有效途径，是区域经济开发的优势和长处。加速产业化进程，一方面要在生产环节上有重大举措，改善品质，提高种植效益；另一方面要狠抓营销与加工，开拓更大的消费市场；同时需要政府强有力的引导、扶持，加强协调管理，加大科技投入。
To carry out minor coarse cereals industrialization development is an effective way of transforming resource superiority into economical superiority, and it is an advantage of district economical development. In order to speed up industrialization process, there must be some key measures in the production to improve quality and to enhance economical benefits. On the other hand, the post harvest process and selling should be paid more attention to enlarge consumption market.
