摘要
目的观察红霉素在肺间质纤维化形成过程中的作用,探索肺间质纤维化的新疗法。方法将博莱霉素致大鼠肺间质纤维化模型,分为红霉素治疗组、治疗对照组与健康对照组,从病理改变、胶原蛋白的合成以及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)表达,评价红霉素对肺间质纤维化的治疗作用。结果和对照组相比,红霉素治疗1周后肺泡炎减轻,但组织及肺泡巨噬细胞TNFα活性增加,1月后肺组织胶原蛋白量合成减少,治疗组为96.8±4.8mg/g,对照组为142.5±13.9mg/g(P<0.01)。结论红霉素能抑制博莱霉素所致肺间质纤维化的形成。
Objective To observe the effect of erythromycin on the development of pulmonary fibrosis and explore the new therapy in pulmonary fibrosis. Methods By evaluating the pathologic changes, the synthesis of collagen protein, the level of activity and expression of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α),the effect of erythromycin was investigated on the rat model of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin. Results The alveolitis alleviated in the first week in treatment group comparing with the control group(142.5±13.9 mg/g), the synthesis of collagen protein decreased in the fourth week treatment group (96.8±4.8 mg/g) (q Test P <0.01). Conclusion Erythromycin may alleviate the process of rat pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin.
