摘要
目的总结症状性肾囊肿的超声介入治疗效果。方法采用红霉素加普鲁卡因作硬化剂,B超引导下作肾囊肿穿刺注射治疗。结果操作成功率高,治疗有效率96%,复发率低。结论B超引导下穿刺注射红霉素加普鲁卡因治疗肾囊肿定位准确,术中创伤小,术后并发症少,疗效可靠。
Our experience of sclerotherapy for renal c ys t injection of erythromycin and procaine via ultrasound-guided renal puncture i s reported. The total efficiency reached 96% with low recurrence rate in the 1 0 00 cases receiving this therapy, su-ggesting that this approach is a simple, a ccurate and effective renal cysts with minimized postoperative complications tre atment.
