摘要
目的:研究阿魏酸钠对慢性肺源性心脏病加重期的疗效。方法:将70例慢性肺心病患者随机分为2组,治疗组(35例)在传统综合疗法的基础上加用阿魏酸钠治疗2周,对照组(35例)采用传统的综合疗法。结果:治疗组总有效率为91%,对照组总有效率为71%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组血气、血液流变学指标较对照组在治疗后明显好转(P<0.01)。结论:阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肺心病加重期能提高疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective：To observe the effect of sodium ferulate on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in worsened stage.Method：70 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.In therapy group（n=35）,sodium ferulate was added besides the traditional comprehensive therapy,in control group（n=35）,traditional comprehensive therapy was used.Result：Effective rate was 91% in therapy group,71% in control group（P〈0.01）.Improving of index for blood theology after therapy was clearer in therapy group than control group（P〈0.01）.
