摘要
对传统的抗蛇毒中草药拮抗内皮素(ET-1)和蛇毒(S6b)的作用进行了初步研究。结果发现,在整体动物的急性毒性保护作用中,红背丝绸、通城虎的水提物与醇提物具有拮抗ET-1的作用,且醇提物的拮抗活性强于水提物;小叶三点金、通城虎、红背丝绸、徐长卿、雄黄莲等水提物亦具有拮抗ET-1的作用;红背丝绸、通城虎、徐长卿等醇提物对蛇毒S6b具有与拮抗ET-1相同的作用;红背丝绸、通城虎和徐长卿的醇提物能舒张ET-1对大鼠离体主动脉肌条的缩血管作用,该作用呈现剂量依赖性。药效动力学参数分析表明,红背丝绸与通城虎醇提物拮抗ET-1的效应近似,而徐长卿则作用较弱。实验结果提示,传统的抗蛇毒药物对ET-1有一定的拮抗作用。
This study determined the antagonist effect of anti-snake venom Chinses herbs on cndothe-lin-1(ET-1)and sarafotoxin 6b(s6b).The results showed that 1)both water and alcohol extractors from[Sissus assamica(Laws.)Craib] and(Aristolochia fordianahemsl);2)water extractor from[Desmodium microphyllum(Thunb.)DC],[Cynanthum paniculatum(Bunge)Kitag]and[Polygonumcillinerve(Nakai)Ohwi] with same effects for ET-1;3)extractors from[Sissus assamica(.Taws.)Craib.J,[Aritolochiafordiana Hemsl ] and[Cynanthum paniculatum(Burge)Kitag.]could dilate ET-1 vasocontractile effects with dose depententmanner.Pharmacodynamic parameters conducted the potencies of alcohol extractors from[Cissus assamica(Laws.)Craib] and(Aristolochia fordiana Hemsl)were larger than that of(Cynanthum panicultum).This suggested that traditional anti-snake venom herbs can be with antagonist effects on ET-1.
