摘要
当归Angelica Sinensis Radix为“血之圣药”,其补血活血、调经止痛功效显著。当归含有挥发油、酚酸类、多糖、黄酮等成分,对人体的造血、循环、神经、免疫等具有较强的药理作用。以当归或其主要活性成分为原料的药品种类繁多,剂型丰富,功效多样,应用广泛,有巨大的开发潜力。通过对当归及其药品在临床应用、质量标准等方面的最新进展进行综述,为当归在临床医学中的广泛应用提供理论和技术支持,为当归药材的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)is known as the“holy medicine of blood”,mainly known for its effects of tonifying blood,promoting blood circulation,regulating menstruation and relieving pain.Angelicae Sinensis Radix contains volatile oil,phenolic acids,polysaccharides,flavonoids and other components,and has strong pharmacological effects on hematopoietic,circulatory,nervous and immune systems of human body.There are many kinds of drugs using Angelicae Sinensis Radix or its main active ingredients as raw materials,with rich dosage forms,diverse effects,wide application,and great development potential.This study systematically reviewed the latest progress of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and its derivative drugs in clinical application and quality standards,so as to provide theoretical and technical support for the wider application of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in clinical medicine,and provide reference for the further development and utilization of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
