摘要 目的探讨卒中后认知功能障碍与神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的相关性及临床意义。方法收集急性脑卒中患者200例,根据简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分将研究对象分为卒中后认知功能障碍组和非卒中后认知功能障碍组,对这2组研究对象分别应用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,并测定血清NES水平。结果与非卒中后认知功能障碍组相比,卒中后认知功能障碍组HIHSS评分及NSE水平均明显升高(P<0.01);卒中后认知障碍患者认知障碍越严重,NSE水平越高,并且神经功能损害越重(P<0.05)。结论 NSE水平与卒中后认知功能障碍有密切的关系,可用于判断患者认知功能障碍的严重程度。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance and the correlation between cognitive impairment after stroke and neuron-specific enolase.Methods After the assessment of the cognitive function by mini-mental state examination(MMSE),200 patients with stroke were devided into two groups:cognitive impairment group and non-cognitive impairment group.All the patients were evaluated by the NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)on the day of admission,and the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in serum were measured by radio-immunoassay(RIA).Results The score of NIHSS and the levels of NSE were significantly increased in cognitive impairment group,as compared with those in non-cognitive impairment group,and the more severe impairment of cognitive dysfunction and nrurological dysfunction,the higher levels of NSE.Conclusion Cognitive impairment and neurological dysfunction can be evaluated by the levels of NSE in patients with stroke.
