摘要
大学生实践能力培养是培养合格大学生的重要途径,对大学生实践能力内涵和外延理解的模糊将导致高等学校在设置其人才培养方案以及课程时的混乱。文章基于对50家用人单位的网络招聘要求的整理,指出经济管理类大学生实践能力主要包括一般实践能力和专业实践能力两种,一般实践能力则包括学习能力等18类具体要求,专业实践能力则包括专业工作能力等6类;同时,文章还基于分析得出用人单位对大学生的实践能力要求主要体现在一般实践能力上的结论,并由此给出了高等学校在进行人才培养方案和课程设计过程中的相应对策和注意事项。
It is very important for people who develop the students training programs and design curriculum system to master the concept of practical abilities of university students. Based on summarizing the requirements of 50 recruitment units,this paper analyzed the main practical abilities that the university students majoring in economics and management must have,and pointed out that the practical abilities university student must have can be divided into two kinds：general practical abilities and professional practical abilities. The former mainly includes ability of learning,ability of expression.etc. （18 kinds in total）,while the later mainly includes professional ability of working.etc. （6 kind in total）. Meanwhile,this paper concluded that the requirements of general practical abilities are more than that of professional ones,and based on it,the author analyzed the strategies on how to pro-mote the practical ability of related students.
