企业的竞争说到底是人才的竞争。能否招聘并选拔出合适的员工使得企业拥有富于竞争力的人才是一个企业兴衰的关键。文章利用招聘的“4P”模式来研究企业的招聘行为,企业4P招聘模式的制定和实施,不仅为企业在人才市场上全面充分发挥企业的优势和潜力,获得最佳的招聘成果提供了手段,而且将人力资源部门内部各职能人员的积极性和创造性协同到招聘总目标上来,最大限度地发挥部门的积极性和创造性。
