摘要
目的:探讨显微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:回顾性分析45例三叉神经痛患者的显微血管减压术的临床资料。结果:45例患者经过显微血管减压术治疗后,疼痛症状完全消失40例,明显缓解3例,无缓解2例;术前、术后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分分别为(7.82±1.52)分和(0.68±1.42)分;术后并发症少。结论:显微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛可以保留三叉神经功能,是首选的手术治疗方法。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia.Methods：The clinical data of 45 cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients with microvascular decompression were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The patients with microvascular decompression after treatment,pain disappeared completely in 40 cases,symptoms remitted obviously in 3 cases and 2 cases showed no relief;the VAS scores of preoperative and postoperative were（7.82±1.52） scores and（0.68±1.42） scores;the postoperative complication was less.Conclusion：Microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia can save trigeminal nerve function,it is the preferred method of surgical treatment.
