摘要
目的:探讨内镜辅助下的显微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的手术方法及效果。方法:内镜辅助下运用三叉神经微血管减压术探查三叉神经并分离责任血管,在微血管与三叉神经间垫入Teflon涤纶绵。结果:41例患者术后疼痛完全缓解,无永久性并发症。结论:微血管减压术,疗效确切,使三叉神经功能可以得到保护,是首选治疗方法。通过内镜辅助治疗可提高微血管减压术的疗效。
Objective： To investigate the microvascular decompression method which is assisted with endoscope and the effect in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： Microvascular decompression with the assistance of endoscope was used to explore the trigeminal nerve and the offending vessels, then they were separated by Teflon. Results： 41 cases were cured. There was no permanence complication. Conclusion： Microvascular decompression is an etiotropic treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. It may be the first choice for its effectiveness and protection of trigeminal function. The curative effect can be improve by the assistance of endoscope.
