摘要
目的:研究多穗柯的化学成分。方法:对多穗柯的化学成分进行提取和分离纯化,并通过理化数据及波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从多穗柯的醇提物中分离出9个化合物,分别是:根皮苷(Ⅰ)、根皮素(Ⅱ)、二氢查尔酮-2′--βD-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、槲皮素(Ⅵ)、木犀草素(Ⅶ)、槲皮苷(Ⅷ)及齐墩果酸(Ⅸ)等9种化合物。结论:除化合物Ⅰ和Ⅲ外均为首次从该植物中分离。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Lithocarpus polystachyus.Methods: Compounds were isolated and purified with silica gel,and there structures were identified by chemical property and spectral data.Results:Nine compounds were isolated as phloridzin(Ⅰ),phloretin(Ⅱ),dihydrochalcone-2′-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),daucossterol(Ⅳ),β-sitosterol(Ⅴ),quercetin(Ⅵ),luteolin(Ⅶ),quercitrin(Ⅷ),oleanolic acid(Ⅸ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅱ,Ⅳ-Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
