摘要
研究了绞股蓝总皂甙对家兔心脏功能及血压的影响。结果表明,绞股蓝总皂甙可减慢心率,增加每搏输出量,扩张血管,降低血压,而心输出量仅略有增加。
The effects of total gypenosides on heart function and blood
pressure were studied in rabbits.It was demonstrated that total gypenosides
could cause heart rate slowing down,stroke volume increasing,blood
vessels dilating and blood pressure reducing.Cardiac output was increased
slightly with the drug.
