摘要
大鼠ｉｇ地奥心血康（ＤＡＸＸＫ）２２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，４５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ及９００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（约为临床剂量１８０倍），ｑｄ×４ｍｏ，除高剂量组体重增长较慢外，无其他毒性发现。狗ｐｏＤＡＸＸＫ６．３ｍｇ／ｋｇ及２５２ｍｇ／ｋｇ（约为临床剂量５０倍），ｑｄ×６ｍｏ，体重增长相似，血、尿常规，谷丙转氨酶（ＧＰＴ）、尿素氮等肝肾功能指标均正常，心电图未见明显变化，组织学检查及主要脏器系数均正常。
Three doses of Di-ao-xin-xue-kang(DAXXK),22.5 mg / kg,450 mg/kgand 900 mg/kg(eqivalent to 180 times of the clinical dosage )were administered ig,qd × 4 mo to 3 groups of rats respectively for long-term toxicity study. Results showed that the body weights in the group of highest dosage increased slowly; otherwise no toxicity was observed. Two doses of DAXXK,63mg / kg and 252 mg/ kg(equivalent to 50 times of the clinical dosage ) were given po to 2 groups of dogs respectively for 6 mo. Routine blood examination,hepatic and renal functions and elecrocardiogram were normal as measured every month.In pathological examinations no abnormal changes were found. It indicated that the clinical dosage of DAXXK is safe with no toxic effects.
