摘要
经药理和临床研究表明心脑舒通具有增加环鸟苷酸(cGMP)、环腺苷酸(cAMP)的含量,提高抗凝血酶Ⅲ活力,降低血栓烷B_2(TXB_2),改善血液流变性、微循环及提高抗氧自由基的能力而达到改善心、脑功能。认为是减轻心、脑组织细胞缺血、缺氧损伤和改善代谢的有效药物。无明显不良反应,并适于长期应用的防治心脑血管疾病的发生和发展。
Pharmacological and clinical studies on Xinnao Shutong (Tribulus terres-tris L) revealed that the drug increased cGMP, cAMP and antithrombin III activities, but decreased TXB2. It improved rheological properties and microcirculation. It increased the activity of resisting oxygen free radical. These results suggested that Xinnao Shutorig deereased the damage of cardiac and Cerebral tissue. The adverse reaction was rarely encountered. The drug is suitable for long term use to prevent the progression of cerebral cardiovascular diseases.
