摘要
提取黄鳝从雌性性逆转发育为雄性过程中7个不同生殖发育时期生殖腺的总蛋白,通过考马斯亮蓝染色扫描分析,选出在相对分子质量17附近的一条蛋白带进行基质辅助激光解吸-电离飞行时间质谱分析(MAL-DI-TOF),搜库显示与其匹配的蛋白为二磷酸核苷激酶(Nucleoside diphoshate kinase,NDPK).该蛋白带的表达由雌性发育→雄性发育呈现逐渐减弱的趋势,在黄鳝的性腺发育中,NDPK可能参与了黄鳝生殖腺的性逆转过程.
Extracting the protein from seven different gonad during the sex reversion of Monopterus albus developing, one protein band about 17 kD is picked out via the analysis of the gel. By the MALDI-TOF, this protein was identified to be the nucleoside diphoshate kinase(NDPK). The NDPK expression was decreasing follow the Monopterus albus developing. The NDPK maybe concern with the sex reversion of Monopterus albus.
