摘要
根据CDIO工程教育理念的基本要求,开发了模拟真实工程环境下龙门吊车的模块化单摆实验教学设备。以工程项目设计为导向、以工程能力培养为目标,设计了以吊运过程平稳性和快速性为总体控制目标的实验教学内容,并设计了多层次、开放式的实验指导和系统设计参考系统。该方法设计的项目实验使学生在完成项目的构思—设计—实施—运行的过程中主动探寻学科知识,提高综合能力和工程实践能力。
The modular single-pendulum experiment-teaching device is developed under the basic requirements of the CDIO engineering education initiative for simulation of gantry crane running in engineering practice surrounding.By means of design-directed the experiment content is planned by taking running stability and rapidity demands as final control goal for engineering ability raining,and a system for multiple-level experiment guide material and reference is designed.The experiment designed above makes students master scientific knowledge and skills and improve their comprehensive ability and engineer capability in the process of conceiving,designing,implementing and operation of project based on the experiment device.
