摘要
在超声椭圆振动切削加工中电源设计中引入了嵌入式操作系统Salvo,使得控制系统具有实时性特点。描述了电源系统的硬件和软件结构。给出了采用高可靠性微处理器PIC16F877A和嵌入式实时操作系统Salvo的设计过程。对Salvo的任务划分、事件设置和系统实时性配置作了详细阐述。
The Salvo RTOS was applied to the design of Ultrasonic power actuator supply for the ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting device which requiring the real time control system. This paper has described the system structure both of the hardware and the software. And, the procedure of applying the MCU PIC16F877A and the Salvo RTOS was detailed introduced. Also, the Salvo's task division, function establishment, communication events between tasks and configuration of real time was showed in this paper.
