糖尿病肾病中医体质易感性与基因多态性探析 被引量：10

Association of Physiquein Chinese Medicine Susceptibility to Diabetic Nephropathy and Genetic Polymorphism

摘要 提出在体质在糖尿病肾病的发生发展过程中的重要地位,阐述了体质形成的原因,不同体质2型糖尿病患者其糖尿病肾病发病率存在差异性,不同体质糖尿病肾病患者在存在基因多态性,建立具有创新性的糖尿病肾病中医病因学理论,促进中医学术进步,并为糖尿病肾病早期干预的可行性,为辨体质、辨病、辨证"三位一体"的糖尿病肾病辨证模式的建立奠定坚实的研究基础。 It expounded the important position of physique in etiology and process of diabetic nephropathy（DN）,investigated essence and application of physique in DN control,revealed that the different morbidity in DN with different physique in diabetes,and different physique in DN will apperence genetic polymorphism.Also it expounded the significance of diagnosis of DN in TCM theory and clinical therapy,then to establish the originality TCM etiology theory. At last it expounded the trinity of physique differentiation and syndrome differentiation in treating DN.
