摘要
目的 探讨心理护理干预在肾病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2009年3月～2012年3月杭州师范大学附属医院肾病患者90例为研究对象,分别并对其采用心理护理干预,观察并比较两组患者出院后24 h,1、3个月的自我护理能力、疾病知识的掌握情况和化验各指标的变化情况.结果 ①出院3个月时病情监测、并发症、饮食治疗、药物治疗、运动治疗等疾病知识的掌握情况＞ 80分者比例优于出院1个月时,出院1个月时上述指标明显优于出院24 h时,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.②出院24 h,1、3个月时患者的肌酐、尿素氮、尿量、收缩压等比较,差异均有统计学意义（F=2.459、2.756、9.672、3.678,均P＜0.05）;而出院24h,1、3个月时舒张压差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.③出院24 h,1、3个月健康知识掌握、自我护理概念、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、总分等比较,差异均有高度统计学意义（均P＜ 0.01）.结论 心理护理干预可提高肾病患者的心理健康程度及自我护理能力,促进患者的健康,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To study the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in nephropathy patients.Methods 90 patients with nephropathy from March 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital were selected,all patients were treated with psychological nursing intervention,the self care ability,level attained of disease＇s knowledge and changes of each index were followed-up.Results ①The proportion of ＞80 scores of illness monitoring,complications,dietary therapy,drug therapy,sports therapy 3 months after discharging from hospital were better than those 1 month after discharging from hospital,the index 1 month after discharging from hospital were better than those 24 hours after discharging from hospital,the differences were statistically significant （all P ＜ 0.05）.②The differences of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine volume,systolic pressure were statistically significant when 24 hours,1 and 3 months after discharging from hospital （F =2.459,2.756,9.672,3.678,P ＜ 0.05）; the differences of diastolic pressure 24 hours,1 and 3 months after discharging from hospital were not statistically significant （all P ＞ 0.05）.③The differences of health knowledge,self nursing concept,self-care skills,self nursing responsibility,total points were statistically significant when 24 hours,1 and 3 months after discharging from hospital （all P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the psychological health and self-care ability of nephropathy patients,and promote the health of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
