摘要
目的:观察温阳降浊法中药治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准120例患者随机分为两组,对照组50例采用西药治疗,中药治疗组70例在对照组治疗基础上加温阳降浊法中药汤剂,治疗2个月后,评价两组治疗方案的差异性。结果:中药治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),中药治疗组在改善尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)上明显优于对照组(P<0.01),在改善空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)上明显优于对照组(P<0.01),在调节甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳降浊法中药治疗组能有效改善糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期(阴阳两虚为主证)患者肾功能、血糖及血脂等指标,并能有效降低蛋白尿,延缓肾病进展。
Objective：Observed Wenyang Jiangzhuo medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳ clinical efficacy.Method：The 120 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group of 50 patients with western medicine,Chinese Medicine treatment group of 70 patients in the control group based on the heating Wenyang Jiangzhuo decoction,after 2 months of treatment,evaluation of the two group differences in treatment programs.Results：Efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）,treatment group in improving urea nitrogen（BUN）,creatinine（SCr）is obviously better than the control group（P〈0.01）,in improving fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（2hPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）is obviously better than the control group（P〈0.01）,in the regulation of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein（LDL-C）better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Wenyang Jiangzhuo treatment group can improve diabetic nephropathy stageⅣ（Yin and Yang-based cards）in patients with renal function,blood glucose and blood lipids and other indicators,and can effectively reduce proteinuria and slow kidney disease progress.
