摘要
研究了环保型胶粘剂对金属骨架与橡胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明,胶粘剂Thixon—P—11—EF(底胶)/Megum538(面胶)组合具有较好粘合性能,底胶Thixon—P—11—EF使用工艺粘度为18～27s,面胶Megum538为40～60s;经系统验证后,产品各项性能完全满足技术要求,可用于批量化生产。
Effects of enviromental-friendly adhesives on the bond property between metal body and rubber were studied in this paper.The results showed that the combination between the adhesive Thixon-P-11-EF and the adhesive Megum538 had good bond property.The use process viscosity of Thixon-P-11-EF was 18～27 s,and the viscosity of Megum538 was 40～60 s.The test results showed that the finished products completely met the technology requirements,and could be volume producted.
