主要研究了卡车球铰骨架表面处理生产工艺流程中影响粘结性能的各项因素,并优化和制定了一套合理的工艺技术流程,保证了产品破坏后的附胶率达到100%,满足了技术要求。
The effects of adhesive performance researched, and an optimized flow path was made during the surface treating on the metal part were to ensure the adhesive of rubber and metal be improved to 100%, which arrived the technical requirement.
