摘要
首先对自行合成的双酚 A型氰酸酯 (BCE)树脂进行了 DSC分析 ,得到该树脂的熔点为 79.2℃。继而 ,研究了 BCE树脂固化后的力学性能 ,借助 DMA、TGA等热分析技术研究了该树脂固化物的耐热性能。研究结果表明 ,BCE树脂固化后具有优异的耐热性能 (Tg=2 5 8℃ ,起始分解温度 >42 6℃ ) ,较高的力学性能 (σf=10 4MPa,Ef=3.10 GPa,σc=86 MPa,Ec=3.0 3GPa) ,良好的耐湿热性能 (水煮 48h吸水率为 1.2 4% )
In this paper, DSC has been used to analyze the bisphenol A dicyanate resin(BCE resin), and the melting point of this resin is 79.2 ℃. Then, the heatresistance of cured BCE resin has been studied by use of DMA and TGA, the other performance of this cured resin also have been studied. All the above results show that, the cured BCE resin has high mechanical properties(σ f=104 MPa,E f=3.10 GPa,σ c=86 MPa,E c=3.03 GPa), and has lower moisture absorption (1.24%, saturation in boiling water for 48 h) and excellent thermal stability(T g=258 ℃, T onset for TGA above 426 ℃).
