摘要
民族教育作为整个国民教育的重要组成部分,其功能既包含教育的一般功能,体现和展示教育功能的共性,同时也有着不同于普通教育的民族性与独特性。现实中,民族教育的功能发挥出现失调,谋生功能被过分强化,个体享用功能被遮蔽,民族文化传承功能被弱化,促进民族团结功能发挥不够,社会流动机制推进器的功能发挥不畅。要改善民族教育的功能,应该调整教育结构,改善教育内部诸要素之间的时空关系,把握教育功能取向,兼顾个人和社会的整体发展,丰富教育内容,顺应民族教育整体功能发挥的需要。
As an important component of the whole national education,ethnic education has commonalities with general functions of education,but at the same time it has its ethnic uniqueness different from common education.In reality,the functioning of ethnic education is maladjusted in that the function of making-a-living is over-emphasized,of personal enjoyment shrouded,of cultural heritage weakened,of promoting national unity inadequate,and of propelling social movement unsmooth.To improve the functions of ethnic education,we should adjust the structure of education,improve the tempo-spatial relationships between the factors of education,grasp the orientation of education function,take both the individual and society into consideration,enrich education content and bring into full play all the functions of ethnic education.
