摘要
高等学校学术创新团队的能力和水平是国家原始创新和竞争力的关键因素之一,学术创新团队建设问题的研究也随之成为各高等学校关注的焦点。学术创新团队建设标准的形成将有利于团队建设项目的健康、可持续发展。本文正是针对高等学校学术创新团队建设缺乏具体可操作性的建设标准的实际情况,在分析学术创新团队构成要素、绩效评价内容的基础上提出高等学校学术创新团队的选拔评议和验收标准框架。
The competence and standard of academic creation teams of higher education is one of the crucial elements of the originality and competitiveness of a country.The study of the construction of academic creation teams has thus become a focus of higher education.The formation of the construction standard of academic creation teams will result in a sound and sustainable development of academic teams.Proposals on selection and evaluation of academic creation teams have been made here in this paper on the base of an analysis of the key factors concerning the construction and assessments.
