摘要
通过对高职院校科研团队建设过程中存在的问题进行积极思考,并在国家示范高职院校建设中进行实践,获得从建立、运行管理到考核的完善机制,既成为一种经验总结,也是一种推广。
Problems on scientific research team in the course of construction were explored positively in the paper and a- chievements were applied in higher vocational colleges. Successful experience was obtained and introduced in the process of scientific research team construction, operation and evaluation.
