摘要
为研究汽车电子稳定程序(Electronic Stability Program,ESP)的液压系统,以某汽车ESP液压系统为研究对象,分析ESP液压系统结构和工作原理;基于AMESim建立液压单元模型、带预压单元的主缸模型和轮缸模型;依据流体力学相关理论建立节流器、液压控制阀、蓄能器以及回油泵数学模型.这些模型可为ESP液压系统动态性能仿真分析和液压单元设计提供参考.
To study automobile Electronic Stability Program(ESP) hydraulic system, an automobile ESP hydraulic system is taken as an example to analyze the structure and operation principle of ESP hydraulic system; the model of hydraulic unit, the model of master cylinder with precharge unit and the model of wheel cylinder are established based on AMESim; according to the theories of hydromechanics, the mathematic models of restrictor, hydraulic control valve, accumulator and scavenger pump are established. These models can provide references for the simulation and analysis on the dynamic performance of ESP hydraulic system and the design of hydraulic unit.
