面向双状态无级变速器的AMESim-Simulink联合仿真平台研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用AMESim软件建立了装备双状态无级变速器的某四轮汽车的整车动力学模型;针对电液控制系统的特殊要求,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了电液控制系统模型,并利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink的S函数接口模块实现了二者的数据交换,构建了联合仿真平台。通过3种典型工况的离线仿真,验证了该联合仿真平台对双状态无级变速器研究与开发的有效性和实用性。 The complete vehicle dynamic model of a four-wheel car equipped with dual state CVT was built by using software AMESim;based on the special requirements of electro-hydraulic control system,the electro-hydraulic control system model was built by using software MATLAB/Simulink,the data exchange were realized by using AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink S-function interface module,and a co-simulation platform was constructed.Through off-line simulation in three typical load conditions,it was validated that the co-simulation platform was effective and practicable for R&D of dual state CVT.
