摘要
吉林省林蛙为中国林蛙长白山亚种,是吉林省主要的药用经济动物之一。以林蛙为原料的加工业不断兴起,其产品已被广泛应用于食物、饮品、日化、保健及制药等各个领域。综述了林蛙产品的营养价值及吉林省林蛙产业的开发现状。
Frog produced by Jilin Changbai Mountain in China sub-species of Rana,it is the main medicinal Jilin economic animals. Rana as raw materials to processing industries continue to rise,its products have been widely used in food,beverage,cosmetic,health care and pharmaceutical fields. This paper reviewed the nutritional value of Rana products,and its status of the development industry in Jilin Province.
